I always feel more organized when the beginning of something is clearly marked as the beginning.
Today is August 1, 2011. Today is also Monday. Today I also rebooted phase 1 of that crazy M.Moreno diet thing I did once before. I'd say that's a pretty obvious delineation of beginning.

Yeah, he's back. Today is Moreno, day 1. I'm not in it to lose a ton of weight, but I do feel like I had some added energy the last go-round, and I' not contesting that.
