Human Illusions: A Mirage Show

The art of making human illusions has always blown my mind. I ran across this guy on Facebook earlier today and wanted to share it... VERY cool :)

[[Enjoy!]]

Oh, by the way: Happy Presidents' Day!

have a happy one! [especially all of ya'll that didn't have to work today ;) ]

The great thing about Monday holidays is that it helps throw a wrench into what is otherwise typically the most maniacal day of the work week. While we were still swamped today [on top of both owners sick and out of commission], it was nice to have a slight holiday buffer. (: Appreciate the small things, right?

Anyway, it's dinner time and I've got some hungry folk here. Time to call it a day for the blog; we'll see you tomorrow!

Blendable People [Art Post!]

I wanted to share. I found these on Flipboard. You can thank Rob for my obsession with Flipboard, too, while we're at it.

I want... to do this....

[dunno why the orange one got cropped :/ ... but you get the basic idea]

I just thought some of you may appreciate these as much as I did. I need to find a cool, colorful building and make myself a part of it (:

Stay tuned... and never say never ;)

Owl Illusions [Art Post]

owl I shot at the bluegrass festival with catie (:

I know.
I've got this thing for owls. Haha.

It's gotten to the point where everyone else has noticed it, too. Here's a few of the little diddies that I've found over the last few days and/or have been sent to me from friends who recognize my affinity for these beautiful creatures.

FALLUSIONS [Optical Illusions]

I am a firm believer in the artistic power of optical illusions.

I found a few that seemed fitting as we blend into the real autumn flavors of the midwest. I hope you find these as soothing as I do (:

Enjoy!

Happy Sunday!
