I've been playing catch-up of sorts since the weekend, what with being out of commission on Sunday and then Sydni coming in on Monday. I'm finally back in line with my own shadow, and took the opportunity tonight to make us our first official dinner all together in the new house.
Fajitas it was! It's been about a week [shame on me, I know] since I actually knuckled down and cooked something, so it was pretty refreshing to hear some sizzling and smell homecooked food.

Sydni of course got her own variation of Tex-Mex night, since she's vehemenently insisting that she doesn't like CHEESE [which is a load of hogwash...]. Whatever, tonight, she got a
cheeeeese quesadilla, to which there was
zero protest. Go figure.
