I picked Sydni up from Dawne's tonight and we headed home to spend the night together before I take her back tomorrow morning. We had a blast: made dinner, played monsters and fairies [haha, yeah... I have a 3-year-old girl ;) ], watched a movie together, and packed her suitcase for the trip.
I managed to exhuast her by 8:30 so she is out cold on my lap as I sit here and type this. Just for the record, I'm without doubt one of those parents who is head over heels for their little one; she's so tiny but she's my entire world. I hope she realizes how much I love her. I'm one proud mama.

Tomorrow's gonna be another one of those days; I'll have to combat my natural instinct to let any residual bitterness I have surface, and keep my composure through what is quite frankly an absolutely assanine situation to begin with. I saw this the other day and realized how much it's going to help. I might eventually copy and paste it via tatt artist onto my skin somewhere. We'll see. :)
